MISSION TRIP FUNDRAISER - Support Catholic Central High School students attending the Adelante Youth Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic by dining at our fundraiser this Monday, February 23rd at Noco Provisions in Ada. Noco Provisions is a local favorite known for its fresh, from-scratch menu, and handcrafted drinks - perfect for lunch, dinner, or takeout! A portion of the proceeds will go directly to Adelante Youth Mission and our Catholic Central student missionaries as they prepare to serve in the D.R. We hope to see you there - bring your friends, family, and appetite for a great cause!

• The Metro High School Police Academy is open to high school juniors and seniors who are interested in learning more about a career in law enforcement. It is facilitated by officers from local Kent County police agencies including the Michigan State Police, Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Grandville PD, Rockford PD, Kent County Sheriff’s Office, and more! • Indian Trails Adaptive Recreation Camp Counselor - Paid position - Perfect summer job for high school students—especially those thinking about studying psychology, nursing, recreation therapy, occupational therapy, social work, and more! JUNIOR JOB SHADOWS - Just a reminder about Job Shadow placements - forms are due to your Theology teacher by Monday, March 2nd.  Forms were handed out in class at the start of 2nd semester. There are copies posted on Father Greer's canvas page and he has extra copies if needed. Contact Mrs. VanderMolen with any questions.

JOB SHADOW OPPORTUNITY - Progressive Engineering is hosting a Job Shadow Day. They give you tons of information about engineering, architecture and interior design. Spots are limited, so scan the code to sign up ASAP. Juniors- this can be counted as your Job Shadow experience. Let Mrs. VanderMolen know if you sign up or if you have any questions.

RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY - Seniors - here’s an incredible opportunity! Spend your summer working at the Van Andel Institute and get paid while gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge biomedical research. This prestigious program is perfect for students interested in medicine, research, or both - and it looks outstanding on college and post-college applications and résumés. Jack Zeidens participated last summer and highly recommends the experience. Not only will you build valuable skills, but you’ll also earn money while doing it! If you’re interested or have questions, please reach out to Mrs. Vandermolen. Catholic Central must provide a recommendation for this position, and she will help you through the application process.
