ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2024

MASS FOR ALEC MEDINA - Your continued support for one of our students who remains ill and in the hospital is being asked. A Mass in Alec Medina's name has been sponsored for this Sunday, November 17, at 10:30am, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. All are invited to pray for Alec, his family, and the doctors who are caring for him. If you are unable to attend and would like to help, consider contributing to the GoFundMe which will help with unexpected expenses. 

THANKSGIVING DRIVE - Next week the Catholic Central houses will compete to see who can be the greatest blessing for three different local charities.  Please see this link for a complete list of items and the point value assigned for each.

JOIN THE BOWLING TEAM! - Bowling team tryouts begin on Monday. You don't have to be a good bowler to join! If you're looking for a fun winter sport, tryouts will be held beginning Monday, November 18 at Park Center Lanes in Wyoming. LEARN ABOUT CONSTRUCTION - Are you interested in a career in construction? Join the Construction Careers Council on February 7, 2025 to learn about carpentry, concrete, plumbing, and more. See this FLIER for more information and email Mrs. VanderMolen to sign up. 

ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS - Applications for CC Endowed Scholarships are now open, and will be due Wednesday, December 4. Please visit grcatholiccentral.org/scholarships for more information on the endowed scholarships available for next year, and for application information. Many of these scholarships require letters of recommendation. If you will require a letter of recommendation, you are encouraged to request those BEFORE Thanksgiving. Email scholarships@grcatholiccentral.org with any questions.
