HOCKEY TEDDY BEAR TOSS - Tonight the annual EGR-CC Teddy Bear Toss hockey game is at Patterson Ice Center at 8:30pm. Profits from the teddy bears bought go to Billy Bear Hug, a local nonprofit. Make sure to stop by and purchase a bear to throw when the first goal is scored to support our school and Billy Bear Hug.

SNO SHUFFLE GUEST PASSES - Sno Shuffle guest passes are available in the main office and are due by this Thursday, January 23. Signatures from your guest’s school are required, so don’t delay in getting this form filled out!

CATHOLIC CENTRAL WILDFIRE CHARITY DAY - This Thursday, January 16, Jeans/Sweatpants Day will be a charitable collection to help the people of Los Angeles who have lost so much because of the wildfires. Consider donating to help! A minimum donation of $2 for jeans and $5 for sweatpants will be collected first carrier. Please consider making a more significant donation if you can. All proceeds will go to Catholic Charities and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

SHAKESPEARE - Hey Folks, it's almost here-- The Comedy of Errors. The show runs Wednesday through Saturday at 7pm at the PAC at Aquinas College. Student tickets are $7 and available at the Box Office or by phone 616-456-6656. Come enjoy the fun! - Will Shakespeare

BLOOD DRIVE - January 31, 2025 is the next CC blood drive. If you are 16 or older you are encouraged to give others the gift of life since one blood donation can help up to three people. Also, those who donate/volunteer a certain number of times qualify for a special red cord that is worn at graduation. Please sign up here if you would like to donate: Versiti Blood Center of Michigan - Donor Portal  or see Mrs. Perry if you would like to sign up as a blood drive volunteer.  

KCTC OPEN HOUSE - The annual open house for prospective students of the Kent Career Tech Center will be February 5th & 6th from 5:00 - 7:00pm. each night. Teachers, administrators and students will be on hand to answer questions. No registration is necessary. KCTC is free for 11th- and 12th-graders in Kent County and Kent ISD schools and homeschool students.

FOCUS TIME - Juniors and Seniors - On Thursday, January 16th Grand Canyon University will be coming to GRCC to speak about their Club Sports opportunities in college. Presently, GCU offers 23 club sports (12 mens/11 womens) opportunities for those who still want to play the game that they enjoy at the college level.  There is even a potential opportunity for you to go out to GCU and see the campus and explore their Club Sports.
